SutraVape.com guarantees and stands behind the quality of all our products. However, we do recognize that some products can malfunction and need replacement. That is why our customer support team is here to help you deal with any warranty issues you have with your purchased products.
We accept any of our products returned within 14 days of your receipt from shipment, if still in its original unopened packaging. We will provide a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Outside this 14 day grace period we do not accept any returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Warranty Returns and Exchanges must have a RMA Number associated with it, or it will not be accepted and promptly returned back to you. You must contact our customer support team at (888) 827-3101 Monday-Friday, 9-6 pm PST to have a RMA Number assigned to you.
If your products arrive damaged or nonfunctioning we will happily replace the unit for you.
