Here at Sutra we are dedicated to customers, families and community as a whole. Because of this we are making sure we’re able to serve in good times and bad.
We are following the guidance laid out from the Centers for Disease Control and our local health authorities to provide a safe, healthy environment for our employees. We’ve increased our protocols to include sanitizing all surfaces, including product packaging, merchandise shelves, equipment and much more.

ENVIRONMENT + SHIPPING
Warehouse staff has been provided with masks and gloves to sustain a healthier working environment to ship all orders in a timely manner.
Our wholesale team will continue to work remotely to ensure all new and current client needs are met.
Our warehouse is working endlessly to ensure in-demand merchandise, as well as everyday favorites, are available and ready to be shipped in a timely manner. We are operating during our normal hours, Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm PST, we’ll continue to do all we can to help navigate these uncertain times ensuring safe, fast, impeccable service.
While the Coronavirus continues to change and we have modified our staff as necessary. Our customer service staff is still hard at work and available to help with any product questions, issues, and warranty exchanges during normal business hours. Our sales team are all working remotely to help service our wholesale customers to the best of our capability. We will continue to service or clients through these tough times and we thank you for your patience and cooperation.
