Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Send items back unused and in their original packaging, with your order number or receipt. Email info@sutravape.com to start the process. Once approved, we will send you a free return shipping label and let you know where to send the package. Anything shipped back without an approved return cannot be accepted.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, you can cancel it within 15 minutes of placing it. After that window, or once it ships, the return process above applies.

If something arrives damaged

Check your order over when it arrives. If anything is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us and we will make it right.

How refunds are calculated

Refunds are issued at the lower of the price you paid or the item's current selling price when the return is processed.

Exceptions

Clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned. Clearance products are marked final sale on the product page, so it is clear before you order.

Anything discounted as part of a temporary promotion is still fully returnable.

For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or compressed gases. Ask us if you have a question about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange something is to return the original and place a separate order for the replacement, so it ships without waiting on the return.

Refund timing

We will let you know once your return has been received and inspected, and whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.
